why we should ask the patient to take quinolone's drugs at night and do not let'm exposure to sunlight?!

any way: coz Quinolones Classified within the group of compounds is sensitive to light, so when the patient's exposure to the sun will increase then the amount of toxicity of these compounds several times
Depending on the Chlorine atom being owned or fluorine atom, which is a compound containing fluorine atom is more dangerous for that matter

I think if you want to summarise drug that are taken at night

you can say they are: statins,  Quinolones, sedating antihistamines and other sedatives.

I have read lately that ACEIs should be taken also at night, they may loose their potency when taken at day time

That's right, we have that with ph. Fawza , that the best time to be taken is at the bed time and take it during the day does not give more than a placebo effect ..

I don't think that rapid exposure to
the sun would lead to this toxicity, but excessive exposure to it and prolonged
and frequent exposure that would lead to such toxic (phototoxicity)
