Pleaaaase don't try to use hypnotic drugs (drugs to make someone sleep) >>> DON'T
because what you have is normal especially in these hot-weather days ..
And as "color your life" told you .. Drink a cup of diluted "Yogurt" with a little salt and try to go to bed earlier to make yourself feel like sleepy .. Switch off disturbing and distracting things like TV, PC, internet ..etc. Relax .. and with a few days or a week you'll feel a far better ..
An advice: DON'T EVER drink MILK right before sleeping .. it causes you to feel uncomportable with a blown up abdomen and a feeling of heavy weights that will make you suffer more of disability to sleep as well as possible
